Admission Procedure

1. B.Ed. Session 2010-11
Students of M.P. having 50% marks in graduation (as per NCTE norms) and qualify Pre-B.Ed. Exam (as per M.P. Govt. rules)
Session commenced from 1st june 2011 and ended as per University Calendar.
Result: 95%

2. B.Ed. Session 2011-12
Counseling conducted by Sudha Chauhan,DVS College, Gwalior for admission of students who have passed graduation with 50% marks for General category and 45% for OBC/SC/ST category.

Seats distribution (By M.P. Govt.)
75% seats alloted to the students of M.P. domicile.
25% seats alloted to the students of other states.
* Reservation rules applied as per M.P. Govt.

3. D.Ed. Session 2010-11 students having 50% marks in 12th
Session Commenced from 01/10/2011 and will end as per Madhyamik Shiksha Mandal Calendar.

Admission Guidelines

1. Fully filled application form to be submitted.

2. At the time of submission of form , attach the following :
   a. One recent passport size photograph pasted on the form duly signed by the applicant.
   b. One stamp size photograph.
   c. Original Pre-B.Ed. Marksheet + 10 photocopies (for B.Ed. Students)
   d. Photocopy of 10th , 12th, Graduation / Post-graduation mark-sheets(Whichever is applicanble)
   e. Photocopy of domicile certificate
   f. Photocopy of caste certificate [ For SC/ST/OBC students]
   g. Photocopy of class certificate [if applicable]

3. At the time of confirmation of admission ,submit the following:
   a. Five Passport Size Photographs + Two stamp size photograph
   b. Five attested photocopies each of 10th , 12th, Graduation / Post-graduation Marksheets
   c. Five attested photocopies of domicile certificate
   d. Five attested photocopies of caste certificate [ For SC/ST/OBC students]
   e. Five attested photocopies of class certificate [if applicable]
   f. Original School/College Transfer certificate + five photocopies.
   g. Original Gap certificate / Affidavit ( if applicable) + five photocopies.
   h. Original Name Change certificate ( if applicable) + five photocopies.
   i. Income Certificate ( if applicable) + five photocopies.
   j. Original Migration certificate ( if applicable) + five photocopies
   k. Original Eligilibility Certificate from Jiwaji University + five photocopies (if applicable)
   l. Photocopy of enrolment No. of Last Exam ( if passed from Jiwaji University)

4. Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of all the above said documents and full fees payment.
